This Blog is my first hand experience trying to make those late night infomercial promises of real esate for "No Money down" a reality.

More than that it is a personal challenge to aquire a home within one year, hopefully using some of these alternative financing techniques. As it stands now my credit score is low but improving, I don't have a great income and I currently have no permanent address.

If those aren't road blocks to home ownership I don't know what is. But I came across this book, The Challenge by Robert Allen, which inspired me to give it a go, to try and make real estate investing work for me.

I will use this Blog to post my experiences, to interview everyone from mortgage brokers to title companies to full time real estate investors with the goal of finding out what really works. Also I will archive articles from other people about Credit Repair and current Mortgage Information.

My hope is that you will use this blog to repair your credit, to share your experience, even if it was just getting excited at some late night infomercial or wether you bought the course, read it, then asked yourself, "What now?". I would love to hear from anyone who even bought a single house using any of the techniques from people like Robert Allen, Carlton Sheets, or any of the others.
